Interactive media is not always fool proof, and does not always produce the correct results. Knowing what interaction a visitor would wants is key, and determining interactive needs will vary. If the website uses a Flash application that is hard to navigate, visitors will leave. We like to think of ourselves as interactive usability experts, focusing on the approximate level of interaction for visitors to successfully navigate, sort, look up, and simple improve the user experience.
